Peanut Butter Soup

This is my friend and neighbor, Diaw. She is from Senagal, in Africa. She has a 2 year old and
this cute two month old baby. She is very generous and shares her dinner with me quite often. This is what she calls, "Peanut butter soup with rice. The Senagal version of fried rice was my favorite until last night when she brought this to me. It is made with lamb, cabbage, carrots, squash and potatoes. Oh, it was so yummy. I think I am going to have to learn how to cook Senagally food!

What an awesome neighbor! My neighbor and I trade off weeks, one week/one night we will eat at my house and then visa versa. It's been really nice.
